BatPKR Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction

BatPKR is an online gaming platform operated at batpkr.click, providing casino games, sports betting, esports betting, virtual sports, poker, roulette, and related services to eligible members in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms apply to all use of the BatPKR website, mobile-optimised site, and any future applications. They should be read alongside the BatPKR Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BatPKR.

BatPKR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a BatPKR account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise lawfully eligible to access the BatPKR service.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Not already hold an existing BatPKR account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is prohibited.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion or problem gambling programme that restricts access to gaming platforms.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or family member of a BatPKR employee in a role with access to platform operations or odds-setting.

BatPKR reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a contractual obligation until BatPKR confirms account activation.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. BatPKR will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact BatPKR support immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

BatPKR is required to verify the identity of its members as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

The standard KYC documents required by BatPKR are:

• A clear photograph or scan of the front and back of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• A selfie photograph of you holding your CNIC next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the CNIC text.
• Proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name and number).

BatPKR may request additional documentation at any point if it has reasonable grounds to do so for AML or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe (typically 7 days) may result in account suspension and withdrawal hold.

All KYC documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with the BatPKR Privacy Policy. They are used solely for identity verification and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on BatPKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BatPKR does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card.

Deposit limits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (mobile wallets); Rs 1,000 (IBFT and cards).
• Maximum deposit: Rs 200,000 per transaction via mobile wallet; Rs 1,000,000 via IBFT; Rs 500,000 via card.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 (mobile wallets); Rs 2,000 (IBFT and cards).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 10 minutes for mobile wallets during standard operating conditions, same business day for IBFT, and 1–3 business days for cards.
• BatPKR reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.

BatPKR will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that are not registered in the same name as the BatPKR account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Real money balance (funded by deposits) and bonus balance are tracked separately. Only real money balance is immediately withdrawable, subject to the conditions above. Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable only after applicable wagering requirements are met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

BatPKR offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and loyalty programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus or bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at batpkr.click/promotions.
• The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Other promotions may carry different requirements — check the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games such as roulette, blackjack, and baccarat typically contribute 10%. Sports bets typically contribute 100% on qualifying legs. The exact contribution schedule is published on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. BatPKR reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed primarily to clear wagering, using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with a bonus, or coordinating play with other accounts.
• A member may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim it multiple times via new account registrations constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• BatPKR may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the stated expiry is automatically removed from the account without compensation.

6. Betting Rules

All sports and esports bets placed on BatPKR are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are void if the event to which they relate is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within 72 hours of its scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• BatPKR reserves the right to void or limit bets at any time before the event commences if it detects a palpable error in the odds displayed.
• Live (in-play) bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed. BatPKR is not responsible for bets placed by members based on incorrect live score information from third-party sources.
• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market tier. Limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to settle as a winner. Voided legs are removed from the accumulator and odds recalculated.
• BatPKR may limit the maximum stake of any member on any market at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• The BatPKR cash-out feature, where available, allows members to settle bets early at the current market value. Cash-out is offered at BatPKR's discretion and may be suspended at any time during live events.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available at BatPKR use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by BatPKR, its staff, or any player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed in the game information panel.

• Casino game results are final once a round is completed. BatPKR will not reverse or alter settled casino game results except where a clear technical error has occurred, in which case the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a network disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be settled according to the game's last saved state. BatPKR is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by the member's own internet service.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in the casino lobby are indicative and may vary from the final awarded amount due to the real-time nature of progressive pools.
• BatPKR reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend any casino game from the lobby without advance notice.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

BatPKR expects all members to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with BatPKR games or markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or palpable mistakes in BatPKR's systems for financial gain without reporting the issue to support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping in poker, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a game or sporting event.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether directly or through family members or associates, to claim promotional bonuses more than once.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Attempting to launder money or use BatPKR for any purpose connected with illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to BatPKR at any point.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BatPKR staff or other members.

BatPKR actively monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it has reasonable grounds to suspect of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account and its balance may be placed on temporary hold.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

BatPKR may suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• At the member's own written request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, BatPKR reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned through compliant play, it will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 30 days of the investigation concluding.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may request this at any time by contacting BatPKR support. Funds in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to any active wagering requirements being resolved first.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the BatPKR platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of BatPKR or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercialise any BatPKR content without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. BatPKR operates as a licensed distributor of such content under separate agreements with each provider.

11. Privacy & Data

BatPKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to BatPKR processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

BatPKR uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. Your personal and payment data is never transmitted or stored in an unencrypted form. BatPKR does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data BatPKR holds about you. Submit such requests to the support email listed in Section 16 of these Terms.

12. Responsible Gaming

BatPKR takes its responsibility to promote safe gaming seriously. All members have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session time limits — receive an alert after playing for a defined period.
• Cool-off periods — temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — lock your account from access for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from BatPKR. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated end date — this is intentional and is designed to protect you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• BatPKR is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• BatPKR is not responsible for losses resulting from interruptions to the service caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or regulatory actions.
• BatPKR's aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits BatPKR's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

Gambling involves risk. Wins and losses are a natural part of gaming. BatPKR provides a platform for entertainment and does not guarantee any particular outcome or return for any member.

14. Amendments to These Terms

BatPKR may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BatPKR will provide reasonable advance notice to active members via email or a platform notification. The updated Terms will be published at batpkr.click/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of BatPKR following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account by contacting support before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, BatPKR and the member agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through BatPKR's internal complaints procedure by contacting support.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the BatPKR management team. BatPKR commits to responding to escalated complaints within 10 business days.

BatPKR's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final where they are consistent with these Terms. Errors in settlement that clearly contradict these Terms will be corrected upon investigation.
